Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido Association of Singapore was founded in 1982 in Singapore by Grandmaster Tan Sar Bee Sunny.

Grandmaster Tan Sar Bee Sunny has been teaching Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido and Sar Hyun Kong Taekwondo since 1975 but he has only recently begun to issue 1 st Dan to 6 th Dan Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido certificates in addition to the Membership.

Those interested in becoming a Member of Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido Association and also update their current Hapkido or Taekwondo certificate to an Original 1 st Dan to 7 th Dan black belt Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido or Sar Hyun Kong Taekwondo certificate issued by Grandmaster Tan Sar Bee Sunny.
